Very unprofessional had an appointment and the person that scheduled me (Sandra) did not contact ; when i tried reaching out i got the run around and put off even after a week in trying to start the process after sending my personal information with this lady; the lack of communication needs to be worked on, I don’t recommend anyone new doing taxes here.
