Awful, awful experience - it’s been over two years since my friends got married and they haven’t received the footage, but what they have received is a handful of yellow tinted pictures of the stage. Don’t ever use this company!
COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM - VIDEO LOST FOREVER We hired Itl studios for my cousin's wedding photography and videography. While the photos were acceptable, the experience with our wedding reception video has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had booked LTL for videography and photography. We booked them for all our wedding events. We received the photos in a timely manner, however as for our wedding reception video, we did not receive a good quality product at all. We paid them tonnes of money and then also, the product we received was such poor quality. It did not even include half of the reception footage that should have been captured. Adding my full review in the photos because it was too long. Absolutely horrible experience - my biggest regret as a bride was hiring LTL Studios. Their quality of work is a joke and their communication skills are even worse.
We used LTL Studios for our wedding day and they were a pleasure to work with. The package included and engagement shoot and a full day of wedding photography. They captured the beautiful moments of the day while being invisible throughout the process. My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with such a professional and KIND team - they are amazing people. Could not recommend them enough!!
