I have used this company for more than 10 years. They made an error on my state taxes that is costing me thousands of dollars. The error was repeated over several tax years. So far I have not received a call back from the firm. The error occurred when they transitioned me between accountants and they failed to maintain my tax status as a military member. Their error caused me to pay state taxes when my home state does not require me to do so if I am serving outside that state. I certainly hope they treat other members of the... read more
