Almost always miss my transfers. Bus arrives downtown if on time at 12:26 and transfer departs at 12:30. No time for traffic or people boarding in a mobility devices. So this bus is almost always late
I usually just go and ride the bus. All of their employees are very nice and they will talk to you and help you if they can. I actually like the LTD Transit District.
It had its flaws but it could be better.
One of the best city bus systems I have ever used.
