I'm glad we have a bus system. I'm thankful for the transportation option. However, it has so many problems. The fare machines are a pain. The fare policing is disgusting. The buses are pretty reliably 4-6 minutes late, except for the rare occasion they're not, which has screwed me over, and wouldn't have if their on-time/delayed live reporting wasn't inaccurate. These things need to be addressed.

Blonde EMX driver with curled short bangs lets riders say slurs, plus extremely racist remarks, and engages in those conversations with them. I wish I was kidding, it was mad weird, definitely made the environment feel unsafe.

Bus drivers should be REQUIRED to say what bus they are at a stop that MULTIPLE busses use!

It's ok when it comes to a mediocre bus line if the bus doesn't leave you right before you board. Some drivers are not the nicest those are the ones that make the bus service terrible.

Website has many issues and often times won't display bus times for me. Today had to wait over 20 minutes for a bus. When I called to make sure the bus was even coming, or to see if I should try to catch a different bus, I was left on hold for 10 minutes. I was the only one in the call que, up until the last 3 minutes when I hung up and called back since I wasnt sure anyone was even coming to the phone. I expect variations in the schedule, but over 20 minutes and not being able to get a hold of someone was incredibly frustra... read more
