Couldn’t recommend Liam and LTC Mortgages enough. As first time buyers with no understanding of mortgages at all, Liam was amazing at explaining not just the mortgage process but also the purchasing process, life insurance etc. We got a great mortgage rate from him initially and a few weeks before exchanging he notified us that there was actually a better rate we could swap on to which saved us a few quid a month on the mortgage.
