Horrible experience family member is currently in this hospital who experienced TBI and the whole family was allowed in the waiting room all day yesterday with multiple children but for some odd reason today when there's just 1 baby children aren't allowed in the waiting area it's a baby who can't even walk or speak yet visiting from Texas no explanation or policy was presented very unprofessional and disappointing that patients family members aren't allowed in the waiting room

The hard-working neurosurgery team here takes excellent care of the good people of Shreveport, the state of Louisiana, and the greater Ark-La-Tex region.

Doctors here are not compassionate at all. Basically telling us there’s no hope and hospice is the only way when there are obvious signs of improvement in the patient
