Horrible experience family member is currently in this hospital who experienced TBI and the whole family was allowed in the waiting room all day yesterday with multiple children but for some odd reason today when there's just 1 baby children aren't allowed in the waiting area it's a baby who can't even walk or speak yet visiting from Texas no explanation or policy was presented very unprofessional and disappointing that patients family members aren't allowed in the waiting room
