I bought a pair of shorts today and was served by the loveliest lady who totally brightened my day. I didn’t catch her name but she was tanned with some tattoos on her sternum and neck. It was my first time shopping in-person at an LSKD store and she was immensely helpful, and great to chat to! Huge thank you to her and she deserves a bonus for being such a ray of sunshine
Went into the North Lakes store for the first time today as I normally always buy online. To my pleasure I Was served by the most lovely person I have experienced in retail for a long time I believe her name was Ebony and she was just such a great help and a lovely person. Definitely makes me want to go back there that girl needs a raise
Great staff, good for pants. Stitching around hooks on tops don't last long though.
Have visited the LSKD North Lakes store a few times now and all of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The store itself has been well-organised on those occasions too.
