It was terrible. They treat their employees like garbage and never give raises off of performance. It's a who do you know and not a what do you know company?
It was terrible. They treat their employees like garbage and never give raises off of performance. It's a who do you know and not a what do you know company?
This company is a joke. The board of directors and ceo runs this employee owned company. Nothing is confidential from management to Human Resources. Their mentality is do as you’re told and if you go against that you’ll be targeted until you resign or you’re terminated. If you have a complaint keep it to yourself and keep working or run! They promote their family over hard working employees and deny any allegations of wrong doings. Ask about the turnover rate if you have any doubts.
Good work environment and a sense of comradederie there. All managers were good to work with. Wish the pay was a bit more but the flexible schedule makes up for it.
Worked there for two years. The Apache side is a joke. Management I hope has change since they let me go due to medical reasons which they held against me.
