We are the only blacks on this street and the only ones who garbage can is thrown around every week for the last year after the driver saw me in the yard. LRS won’t pick up phone we are just wondering WHY. We place our cans just like are neighbors. 2/18/26

Once again LRS doesn’t pick up. U call and talk to rude people. I agree with the other reviews. No customer service!! Last time I waited all week til my next pick up. Thanksgiving is at the end of this week and I sit with all the grass bags in my front lawn. Yup nasty girl answered this morning and I understand my village even called and asked them to pick up. They are still out there. This will go all over social media if these don’t get picked up soon!!!

LRS is not only the worst waste management company, but it's probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They deserve a negative 5 stars. ALL the workers are rude. You sit on old hold forever, only to be spoken down, too. They give you excuse after excuse as to why they can't do what they are supposed to do, like manage garbage! We've had no less than 5 "run-ins" with these jokers. Most recently, we broke down cardboard boxes as we are supposed to do. However, the lazy truck driver said the boxes were too big.
