Driver of truck 22017 today was drinking airplane shooters while driving around. NOT SAFE
LRS is not only the worst waste management company, but it's probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They deserve a negative 5 stars. ALL the workers are rude. You sit on old hold forever, only to be spoken down, too. They give you excuse after excuse as to why they can't do what they are supposed to do, like manage garbage! We've had no less than 5 "run-ins" with these jokers. Most recently, we broke down cardboard boxes as we are supposed to do. However, the lazy truck driver said the boxes were too big. M... read more
Worst customer service.
No customer service, when you call you’re in a forever loop of hold music. I hung up after 30 minutes. Hope we saved a lot of $ by switching to these guys, Schaumburg.
2 weeks since I requested the containers and still nothing. Every time I call they say it’s scheduled to deliver today and nothing. The worst waste company in the country
