Absolute garbage(no pun intended) I call and call and no one ever answers and you leave a message and they don't call back. What kind of company is this they are terrible. I hate that my village switched to this company. They miss garbage, leave everywhere and the drivers are ignorant and rude. On top of it they took my yard waste bin that I pay for and I can't get a hold of anyone to figure out why. This company is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.
I found that LRS had been overcharging me since they took over our trash services. I reached out to them, they confirmed they had overcharged me byt $386.80 and they would apply a credit. It has been 6 months, multiple calls and they are still charging me for services!
I wanted to give a star for the phone support people, but even their friendliness can't redeem just how infuriating it is to be forced to use this unreliable company for residential service. Nevermind the occasional day-late/completely missed pickups, or the drivers just leaving stray garbage/knocked-over bins if in the street ... When they force a new service on you, the customer service reps may lie to you and give false info, leading to undisclosed new charges on your bill. 1/5 star is not enough to justify how terrible of a company this is
A rating of -0- stars would be most appropriate. This company has very poor customer service, is for the most part completely unreachable by phone or email, and is unresponsive to inquiries 100% of the time. When they were Prairieland, it was a good company to work with. Very sad.
