EDIT UPDATE: On 7/22/25, after holding for 42 mins, I spoke to someone by the name of Monique in regards to my refund, since I canceled services. She confirmed the amount I would be receiving and that I would have it in 7-10 business days. It has been the 10 days and I still do not have a refund! When I initially called to cancel my service in the beginning of July, Lucy (a supervisor) promised she would escalate my refund. This company is the absolute worst. When they bought out my previous garbage company everything went downhill from there. Now they want to "save" money and only pick up recycling ever 2 weeks. Since that changed, they didn't pick it up for almost a month, then they forgot the garbage. I had been calling since May and yet to receive a call back. Worst service ever. I would give a negative 10 to this company if I could. I have called 2 times and talked to different people, and have emailed them about getting the second can I requested 6 months ago. Since then I have been on hold 29 minutes and finally left a message to be called back. They haven't called back yet. So, here I am today waiting on hold again, because no one called me back. Absolute garbage(no pun intended) I call and call and no one ever answers and you leave a message and they don't call back. What kind of company is this they are terrible. I hate that my village switched to this company. They miss garbage, leave everywhere and the drivers are ignorant and rude. On top of it they took my yard waste bin that I pay for and I can't get a hold of anyone to figure out why. This company is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.
I found that LRS had been overcharging me since they took over our trash services. I reached out to them, they confirmed they had overcharged me byt $386.80 and they would apply a credit. It has been 6 months, multiple calls and they are still charging me for services!
