Friends and Family have used this company for years when hosting events, parties, and weddings for when restrooms need to be rented. I only recently had the need to rent from them directly for an event I was hosting, and I had a great experience. Worst services, Pathetic sale team
Honestly 10/10 every time I have any question or concern they solve it no problem every-time. The best service I ever received for a disposal company… thank you very much!
We canceled our contract months before the renewal, but they still wouldn’t let us out. Very shady business practices. High prices, bad service.
EDIT UPDATE: On 7/22/25, after holding for 42 mins, I spoke to someone by the name of Monique in regards to my refund, since I canceled services. She confirmed the amount I would be receiving and that I would have it in 7-10 business days. It has been the 10 days and I still do not have a refund! When I initially called to cancel my service in the beginning of July, Lucy (a supervisor) promised she would escalate my refund.
