This company is a joke, they are claiming I have 7 unpaid invoices dating back to 2024 and 2025. If this was in fact the case why would of they continued picking up my trash. These people are known for this, I will do everything in my power to get them out of my community and keep them out of others. Nobody deserves a company like LRS! Is it really clerical errors?

This is the second time I've called in the last year, and the wait on the phone is unacceptably long: 30 minutes and still no response, much like the last time I called This is also the second time in as many weeks they missed pick up for yard waste, even though I have a sticker on the trash can. LRS must do better.

By far the worst trash service in the history of trash service not only is there customer service lazy but so is the employees working the field. Multiple missed pickups. I’ll be expecting a bill credit each time you decide to not do your job

We reserved a portable restroom from LRS for our wedding, and they were unable to fit their truck through the alley for the delivery. We ended up having to book a new restroom through a different company last minute. LRS didn't provide a refund for 5 months, and it only came after persistent follow up on our part. They didn't even provide a full refund because they insisted that we pay for the driver's fees.
