Our neighborhood has suffered through a year of incompetence with LRS. They frequently would fail to pick up our trash, leaving neighbors walking to the curb for a whole week, trying to fit garbage into overflowing cans. Sales reps can't be reached because voicemail boxes are full. They don't respond to repeated calls. Customer service is a 30 minute hold to talk to someone in a different state who can't help. You'd be better off lighting your trash on fire in the backyard than hiring these clowns.
Terrible service. My house is literally overflowing with garbage because they haven't performed their pickup in the last 3 weeks. 0/10 would not recommend. Edit: I would respond to the owner if Google would allow me. I did call. I didn't hear back. I also called to cancel my service. You still billed me. I cannot get a hold of you. Your trash bins have been sitting at the end of my driveway for multiple weeks now awaiting your pickup.
Please, please let my 3rd grade class run this company! Instant improvement!
