Terrible customer service no one to reach out to not a helpful company!! It’s like a joke when it comes to communication.
If I could give zero stars I would. Inconsistent, no communication… a dumpster fire. My bins have been sitting at the end of my driveway for 28 days waiting to be collected (after canceling service).
It is impressive how poorly they run their business. It takes some serious effort to be this bad!
I'm shocked they got 2 stars on one of their reviews. Most unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. Have sent certified letters to get their bins off our property and they still won't do it. No idea how they stay in business. If you're considering them for commercial services, don't.
They are going over price the hell out of you do not ever use this company! Ever!!!!!
