Absolutely awful. They come into neighborhoods & don't pick up from every house. How does that make any sense? You call & it rings w/ no answer. On hold w/ corporate for 30 minutes. They tell you they have passed word on, but no assurances. If you risk leaving your bin out, you risk the wind blowing & it being all over your yard. They simply can't be counted on. I'm done with them. 4 days later...still not picked up.
Not sure what happened once LRS took over but the service is remarkably inconsistent. Routine missing pickups with no explanation nor credit provided for skipped service. Brutal.
Absolutely worst service you can have in tiffin I would recommend anyone other than this company.
LRS does not answer their phones or respond to emails. I wish I could give 0 stars. JOHNSON COUNTY Refuse used to be good, but is now terrible since becoming LRS. I would not recommend.
Terrible customer service no one to reach out to not a helpful company!! It’s like a joke when it comes to communication.
