UPDATE: Another week. Another no pickup. This one is my fault since I’ve been too busy to cancel my services. Currently on minute 20 of my phone call…still on hold. Pickup is Tuesday. Called last week and reported a missed pickup and was told they would be out in 24-48 hours. Spoiler alert - still no pickup. So we’re back to regular scheduled pickup tomorrow. We shall see if they actually pick up (both garbage and the phone). Another week, another no pickup. Will be canceling services. If they would ever answer their phone…

Horrible. Skipped our road multiple times. Finally got fed up and cancelled service . Now they’re sending me bills for the half month of no service that caused me to cancel. Saw on the news they keep skipping service to streets in town as well.

Lakeshore recycling is a disgrace. They continue to bill me for service after canceling with them. I paid them January 15th for service through February 15th. However I canceled service with them January 20th. They keep billing me for $19, plus an additional $3 per month. I already overpaid them. We canceled service because LSR is unreliable, sometime skipping over our house, sometimes not coming at all. Sometimes taking recycling but leaving the trash. If you’re reading this please save yourself the trouble and use anyone else in your area. They miss bins all the time and they double charged us more several months because of a billing “error”. We still haven’t seen that money back and just keep getting the run around. Weeks later, every time you call them they lie to you. They owe us over $800 and refuse reimburse us.

Absolutely the worst. Called local office last Friday because our trash/recycling wasn't picked up on Thursday as scheduled. Told I'd get a response within 48 hours - still waiting. Zero customer service; hold times are terrible - both at the local office and the 800 number - takes forever to get a real person. Really appalling - avoid this company
