When Indianapolis transitioned from Republic to LRS, I notified LRS that I was discontinuing recycling and that they needed to pick up the bin. They acknowledge my request and indicated they would get back to me about a bin pick up. Never did and now they want to bill me for services I have not received and do not want. And, their customer service is terrible.

I have canceled this service over a year ago, I timed by change of service so that my bill was paid up because I read they would not refund you. That being said, I continue to get a bill that I don’t owe, I’ve called and still can’t get satisfaction. If they take me to court, I will get to talk to someone who might care. I’m don’t owe you and will not pay.

After 2 weeks of living at our new house, our trash was not picked up. Since we were moving in, we had piles of trash piling up. I called to remedy the situation and make sure everything was set up properly. The customer service representative was SO rude… borderline obnoxious, honestly. All we wanted was to have our trash picked up, she was fairly unhelpful and unkind. If I could switch services, I would!
