They take your money but do not provide a service. Garbage has not been picked up in over a month. Takes 30- 60 days for a refund. Total scam. Save yourself problem go with someone else.
If I could give less then one star I would, they have constantly missed picked up day(not due to bad weather) and now we have not had trash pickup in a month,yet they billed a month earlier then was supposed to and all we hear is they are "restructuring " I sure miss when it was Jackson Disposal ever since LRS bought them out it's been a joke and a headache.
I have had to call to get pick ups for months and now they haven’t picked up the trash or the phone. I have been waiting for twenty minutes to get someone. Call me back or i am blocking payments and choosing another service. Today.call Today. You haven’t serviced our home in a month. Our garbage is overflowing. Actually just come get your dumpster you are out of time.
Awful...you call and they have no idea what is going on.....
Unfortunately we are having the same experience as others. The frustrating part is trying to call the company and being placed into hold-purgatory, and if you try to create an account and connect one e you are told that service is only for the people in the suburbs. Our tote is now overflowing after 3 weeks of no service when we are paid through the end of June.
