If I could give less than 1 Star I would.... We are going on 4 weeks of missed pickups. No communication. They don't automatically credit your account. when you do call and request one. its almost guaranteed you wont get it on the first try.. I assume they will be out of business within the next year based on how they operate.

Going to double down on this review again as things seem to be still just as terrible. Crazy to me that an organization can get away with charging full-time premium prices but only provides that service at a part-time rate, or whenever they feel like it. Beyond frustrated with this company. Sometimes they pick up your trash, sometimes they dont. There are times when they skip weeks leaving your bin overflowing. Don't use this company. The most inept and fraudulent company we have ever had. Misses at least 40% of garbage pick up days and makes no attempt to pick up on another date. They just skip you. We were told today they skipped the entire route because someone called in sick. Not acceptable. We filed a complaint with the AG office. Unfortunately they bought out a very reliable service and then abandon their customers.

Not reliable at all, at least 1 time a month they skip pick up without notice and you have to call, they do not offer to come pick up that week, you have to wait until the following week. They need more reliable drivers and workers in the monmouth/galesburg area.
