they have not picked our trash up the last two weeks now, when i try to call it immediately hangs up. no ring or hold music, the line is disconnected or something. i have tried getting in touch multiple times now. cannot get ahold of a single person.
Terrible company. I've called them 6 weeks in a row to get dumpster picked up no pick up but they charged me for a pick up everytime I called. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. So if you read this come get youre dumpster I have blocked all future payments because you can't do youre job.
I wish I could give them 0 stars...we have had more missed pickups than we ever did as Jackson disposal..but they never forget to send out the bill..we sit on hold for over an hr trying to get it corrected, to be told they will be out the next day,..Im not dealing with the inconsistencies any longer
They missed a ;pick up. I called they come the same day and removed the whole dumpster. I called back. They said they would call and get it figured out and return my call. They never called or dropped of another dumpster. I called the next day. They said they would return my call and never did. Also everytime you call you have to wait 15 minutes before anyone answers. Good luck on anyone ever answering a phone call. Even after you leave a number, they do not get back to you
