Have weekly pick up and in the last 3 months been picked up twice. I cancelled my service with them months. They never did come pick up their trash can.. lol terrible!
Too cheap to use a front loader
Worst service ever. Very rarely do they pick up weekly. They show up whenever they want and LRS does not credit you for all the weeks missed. I have started deducting the weeks missed from my bill. LRS continues to want full payment but no service!! I have asked them multiple times for them to just pick the container up so that I can get another company. They will not pick the container up either. At this point, I don't know what to do about them.
Have had this company for 3 weeks and they have only picked up our trash once. Everytime we call we are told "we have a new employee and he is learning the route we will pick it up within 48 hours". Guess what hasn't happened. Save yourself and go with another company.
