I’ve never written a bad review on google because I know how much it affects someone’s business, but the lack of service is so bad I don’t even know where to begin. 1) missed pick up going on almost a month. 2) we have to call for a dumpster pick up but you can’t get a hold of anyone. I have called everyday and emailed multiple times with no response. 3) they have no problem billing you but won’t pick up a phone to correct a bill. They rarely pick up the trash and can't answer a phone. But they sure send the bills no problem
Have skipped my house 4 times in the last two months even though they’re supposed to pick up trash once a week. When I call no one answers. Submit an email and get no reply. Terrible service, go elsewhere
I don’t know exactly who’s responsible for my trash pick up since Jackson disposal sold out, But whoever it is is absolutely the worst. Lakeshore recycling is the name that’s on the ACH though, so they get the review. they have come and picked up my trash, maybe once in the last month, while jacking their prices up to the highest in the area.
