Only pick up my recycling half the time. I've called about several times , If I can get someone on the phone in office. If I'm not mistaken I pay for this service on my water bill, 😒 not satisfied with the recycle pickup.
I have tried to give them chance after chance, but they NEVER return my calls. They seem very unorganized. It takes them forever to find my account when I do happenen to get someone on the phone. They told me they didn't have me as a customer but I have used them for years, since they took over the other place. Finally, she said she spelled my name wrong and found it. I cancelled my service over a year ago and I just got a bill in the mail saying it was never cancelled and they can't find my last payment. They took my trash can in April on 2024 and yet I'm still using their service???? Every time I call, it goes to voicemail!!!! Worst trash service ever and very poor customer service. It has been over a year and I just got a bill for 1000.00!!! I've asked them to speak with the driver and get hung up on!!! Zero stars!!! Would never recommend!!!!
