Only pick up my recycling half the time. I've called about several times , If I can get someone on the phone in office. If I'm not mistaken I pay for this service on my water bill, 😒 not satisfied with the recycle pickup.
I have tried to give them chance after chance, but they NEVER return my calls. They seem very unorganized. It takes them forever to find my account when I do happenen to get someone on the phone. They told me they didn't have me as a customer but I have used them for years, since they took over the other place. Finally, she said she spelled my name wrong and found it.
