We are thrilled with our new Dolores sofa from Q Living! The saleswoman, Geet, was easy to work with; the entire process was seamless from start to finish. We felt very welcome in the store and enjoyed browsing their selection of sofas. We were able to pick it up at the warehouse the day after we placed our order. The sofa looks great in our home and we are super pleased with the value and quality.
Allison was amazing! She was knowledgeable and assisted me choosing the best style couch and firmness for what I was looking for. I love my new couches and would recommend Q Living as the place to shop for a new couch or 2!
I walked into the store simply to browse and explore my options. The first question I was asked was my budget. I gave a random figure as I prefer to browse by myself, unattended. Upon hearing the price range I am looking for the salesperson suggested that I visit another store for cheaper furniture. That interaction felt unnecessarily judgmental and left a very disappointing first impression. If my budget doesn't align with what your store offers, that's completely understandable.
