Easy Screening Process - 100% recommended! – Brink Property Management has used Landlord Protection Services for more than 10 years to handle our tenant applicant background checks. We are very satisfied with their services and would not hesitate to recommend them. They have an online reporting system which makes following the screening process very easy. The system also includes email reminders each time a report is updated.
Bad – Had a problem with my bill from them and they refused to correct. In fact, the agent sarcastically invited me to fight it and then said if I don't pay it, they'll ruin my credit. What are the odds that any business makes an error? These people are not graceful about it. They treat people who call in with their billing errors as criminals.
