LPLM Tax has been managing my taxes for several years and I keep coming back. Shannon definitely knows her stuff! I don't make any major financial decisions without consulting with her. I have referred her to several of my friends and clients who have been very satisfied.
I have used Shannon for my taxes for many years. She is very busy and tries to provide a good service for low cost. If you have all of your info together and provide it, you get a great product and service. I agree that her ability to update/communicate with her active clients on their status is weak, but normally the end result is very good.
Terrible communication, I feel more cheated from the Bay Area office than the government. I just had my wages garnished due to the lack of professionalism.
THE WORST! Totally screwed us over during an IRS audit never to be heard from again. When the IRS advises you to sue your attorney you know it's bad. Complaint filed with the California Bar Association.
