I went to Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach this last weekend and was helped by Joey Gulo and his brother Chris. They helped me find the perfect C300, black with red leather and the sports package! I was very impressed with their huge inventory, competitive pricing, and great customer service!

I wouldn't bring a volkswagen in this place nuts manager wouldn't even pick up his name is Scott Ribel? (sp?) should be fired! Newport Beach he should be on call! Not so they couldn't have the balls to call me! I would fire him in a heart beat! never again would i waste my time with this outfit! sincerely J. Schlagel

I bought my car there 1 1/2 years ago. E350. I've always thought I got a bad deal but have been too lazy to try to prove it. Plus, the bum's rush I got when I purchased it, gave me the idea they wouldn't listen anyway. i returned a car after a week because i thought the deal was horrible. when i was there to do the return Rhonda offered me to convert the lease to a purchase. we still did accept it because we thought the payment was a little high (but better than the first deal). the buyer of our car told us we can still think about it because it was late to deposit our upside down payment. so then me and my wife decide just to grab that deal. i called the next morning and JB told me even if we decided to keep the car the day we returned it... read more

Does not honor warranty on repair ! – Bought car which was repaired by F.J. Come to find out repair was only partially taken care of. Car is now out of state and had to deal with F.J. thru my local dealership Started my inquiries well within the warranty period. Their excuse is that the original owner did not complain about the issue when he picked up the car ! Now I am responsible for the repair. This is a company that makes ~ 400 Mio. a year ! Biggest in America. Bad Deal,

NEVER BUY FROM FLETCHER JONES – I was amazed at what this place looked like and was completely shocked when they fraudulently double billed me. I was swarmed by competing sales people and when I finally bought the car...I was promised the world. I never received the missing pieces from my new car or the new dvd that was suppose to come with it. On top of this, they cashed my check AND charged my credit card. internet sales department leaves alot to be desired! – not impressed. I truly cannot stand car salesman so I attempted to get some pricing online for a 2010 S550 with Fletcher Jones. I don't want my time wasted and I wont tolerate pressure. I explained all this in email. I was just told I need to come in. 3 times. I have purchased many vehicles this way and no other dealers have problems giving pricing over email. My credit is perfect, I know what I want. Disneyland of dearlerships – Fletcher Jones gave me a good price when I purchased my E63 AMG. The salesman was very nice, I however didn't think they took enough time making sure my car was clean and ready for delivery. One thing I didn't like about this dealership was all the waiting. This is a very busy place and personal service is not top on the list. When I came in for service with an appointment., I couldn't believe the lines and wait to get out of there.
