Royal screwed up a family friends car yesterday. After which they confronted EOC and asked them to fix they said no it couldn’t possibly be them. They had been customers for 15 yrs taking at least 3 cars up there 3-4x a years for an oil change. I will never go here again.
The crew at this location is absolutely awesome. I always go to the location in Chelsea or Pelham, yesterday was my first time at this location. I came in for an oil change and there was an issue with a part on my car. I didn't know what I was going to do but the crew took care of it. I am so thankful for these guys, they were truly my angels. They take the time to talk to you and are super friendly. It's hard to find a good place to get your car fixed and I believe I've finally found a home for my Toyota Rav4. I am grateful... read more
