Only gave one star because 0 was not an option. Besides the fact that pricing is quite steep and I understand I made a poor decision this company could care less about clients. I have paid on time consistently for around a year, have been effected by Covid and also took on my husbands mawmaw that is 93 and on hospice so finances have become temporarily almost non existent. Call in for assistance and was told payment would be stopped and I shouldn't have fees but not about a week later being charged a nsf fee because as I tol... read more
