He is professional, thorough, informative, and very helpful when we have questions. His investment strategies have worked very well for us. Our experience with James is that you get to talk to a real person who is a great listener, knowledgable and calm...as well as a good teacher. He has worked with us through our ideas and the pros and cons of the outcomes. He as also given us ideas and taught us things we didn't know about. What I love is working with no more than 3 people in this firm, makes it simple on 'who do I contact?'...in a not so simple industry from my past experience. He gives insight in money matters that are easy to understand. We are able to schedule appointments in a timely manner. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The coffee station in the lobby is a nice touch.
