These guys are fraudsters. Do not pay them. Do not reach out to them. If you are in Toronto, please call the authorities on them, so that their scam can be shut down.
Avoid this firm and save your money. I used their service for consultation in 2017. I had a one-hour video chat with Alex which was good. Fast forward to 2019, I referred a friend to them. After he paid them $2500 in 2019 to have his express entry processed, they started giving him excuses for not processing his application and finally, they stopped replying to his emails and calls. I tried to reach out to them in 2021 and till now they have not replied to my email nor refunded the money to him. Avoid them at all costs.
