Andre Lozano surprisingly seems to be decent in the area of Realty Law per the reviews listed here. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for Family Law. I terminated this lawyer after less than 6 weeks of retainment due to SEVERAL significant mistakes, misrepresenting me in court due to not reading the materials sent to him that he requested. $7.5k for next to nothing, didn’t even inform me about the MIP lol.
