Sent mailer about Final Notice? I knew it wasn't official when there wasn't any return address or any identifying business name attached to the outside of the envelope. Found out it was some mortgage broker named loyalty funding. Checked other reviews saw they were negative about the same issue. Called to get rate info and the rate at another competitor was lower with zero points. ouch.

Spam mailer "Final Notice" just like the other scammers pulling the same non sense from poaching county records hoping to get an easy re-fi mortgage on a VA loan. I don't have a mortgage. You guys are wasting paper, postage, and consumers time. I would never do business with any third part lender trying to re fi loans sending out these joke mailers about filing date and other marketing scams.
