I have been banking with CCU for 35 years and I have always been a exemplary customer with substantial savings being managed by CCUFL. A problem arose on a separate account and when it was brought to the attention of their bank, we received inaccurate information as to how to have fraudulent activity removed. First, we ask that a stop payment be made on a pending charge.
