I stand by what I said....In my opinion...Y'all may want to take your money out of this bank before you can't. This place should be renamed as Disloyalty Credit Union. You should heed all the warnings from the reviews here. After 29 years I'm closing my accounts. Place your money here and you will be sorry!
I have been banking with CCU for 35 years and I have always been a exemplary customer with substantial savings being managed by CCUFL. A problem arose on a separate account and when it was brought to the attention of their bank, we received inaccurate information as to how to have fraudulent activity removed. First, we ask that a stop payment be made on a pending charge. Worst bank I have ever banked with!! They are so rude and absolutely DISGUSTING ! I would never recommend this bank to anyone unless I had an enemy. If you are thinking about opening an account here, think twice!! They don't care about you!!
