I wanted Loyalhanna to be a great place for my 80 yr old mom with dementia. I was told when visiting Loyalhanna Suites & considering, that they had several other dementia residents & they are housed on the 4th floor, furthest from the door. Unfortunately, weeks after moving in, the day of their Mother's Day brunch, we left my mom in her room around 1:15. I am forever grateful for the love and care of my Mom, Shirley Canterna, at Loyalhanna Senior Suites. Each and every member of the staff took the time to greet her with a smile, hold a pleasant conversation, and treat her with respect. I always knew she was in safe and loving hands. My great grandmother (Shirley Canterna) was a recent resident for almost a year and received outstanding care. The staff treated her with great respect as well as showing her incredible kindness and love.
