Ben assisted with preparation of our wills and creation of a trust. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Ben provides comprehensive legal advice and easily spots potential issues presented by both trust and estate law and property law as well as potential tax implications. Highly recommend!
When losing our mother last year we learned the importance of planning ahead to ease the work and stress included in loss. Ben gave us all our options to plan ahead for our father's end-of-life, set us up with power of financial attorney and we will continue working with him and his team towards establishing a trust.
