Very much an honest businessman. Sometimes you cannot find a person with those traits . In business you can go to the extent of giving people their way and most cases you can't because the guideline. He puts effort in doing whats fair and what he's allowed to do to meet the legal criteria. He's a person of integrity.

This guy is a fraud he does fake documents and over charges everyone. Just go to any other broker and they can give you better fees. And he chargea you 170 for notary fees that xompletely illegal. You are only allow to charge 10 dollars per page. Report him to the department of real estate and notary.
The best of the best. Forget the rest George Thanh Nguyen is the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with. Extremely smart man to deal with and handles problems in timely manner. WOW! He's cultivated relationships with the lenders he works with, and is able and willing to undertake lengthy negotiations with them on his clients' behalf.
