Scheduled to meet the photographer at 6:00. Called at 6:00 and 6:05. Wouldn't answer my calls. Finally had to text him asking if he was near. Took him until almost 6:20 to reply to my text. Photographer claims he tried to reach me all day. No calls to my line. Checked with reception, he left no messages for me... He blamed the beautiful breeze we have today. Said wind ruins pictures. Really unfortunate. Bad customer service can ruin a good portfolio.
