These people are the just plain thieves . Me and my wife have had a 15 yr fixed mortgage our last payment was made in July of 2024 . They claim we still owe nearly 13ooo thousand dollars but we absolutely do not . What bNk or credit union would let you get thY much behind. If you looked at our balance in February of 2013 till July of 2024 said we owe 36689.00. Do the math Multiply 391.00 x 132 months. You get alot more than 36ooo dollars.
