In June of 2024, I dropped off a single boat cushion to have a duplicate replicated. For 13 month's, I followed up every 45-60 days. In July of 2025, after not a single proactive phone call or update from them, I picked up the sample cushion to take somewhere else. No apologies, no reasons, they didn't even care. As a business owner/operator of multiple businesses, I understand staffing issues, backlog, etc., etc. No way to justify terrible customer service and lack of common courtesy.

It's a lovely thing to walk by a local business with its open sign on before 9 am. We at Gil's refer to Karen and Lowitz for unsurprised quality and craftsmanship. For intricate decorate stitch Repairs, the only outfit we trust.

Nothing short of phenomenal. We had Dave and his crew do all new upholstery and a new enclosure for our 18' Lund fishing boat and couldn't be happier. We also had them do new seat covers for a pair of antique rocking chairs and the work was impeccable. My wife and I highly recommend these good folks!

I took in cushions for a chair to have done a rickety footstool and asked for a pillow to be made as well. They took only a few days to finish it and it all turned out gorgeous. Due to some life issues I was unable to pick it up right away and they were very gracious to hold it for me. I will be using them again!
