Dan and team were very professional and made the entire document signing process easy and stress free. Was able to verify ID remotely, so could do everything digitally from home.
Went okay. The pricing was kind of predatory: We were charged for using DocuSign, and the ID collection app they asked us to use. IMO these should be fixed costs, or included in the already high cost. I was asked to provide the same information by multiple people several times which shows disorganization. There's also the fact that we received someone else's legal document (names, addresses shared). Small details including our closing date were also wrong in places where "it didn't matter", (true, fortunately), but still, lo... read more
