I came to this location with my husband, for a microwave. The ladies at the front were eager to help and tell us where to find them. We didnt leave with one, but I wanted to say the customer service was top notch. I appreciate their knowledge of the store, and I liked their enthusiasm. Thank you!

2 days to return. No one actually knows if anything is wrong with the appliance. The price ended up being the same as a new one that had free delivery. Don't waste your time

I came in the hopes of buying a washer and dryer. All of the cheaper models had been sold, and only mid and top of the line models were available. Unfortunately it seems resellers are constantly frequenting this store and buying up inventory, so that those who actually need product cannot obtain it. In addition, there was not enough staff inside the store. I wandered and waited for about half an hour just to find an associate. They did have a very wide selection of refrigerators at good prices. Great deal on "New" Whirlpool 5057lw top loader washer & dryer. $750 with tax and 3 year warranty. New New prices are $700 for 4.7 CU washer. $600 for 7.0 cu dryer. Combo around $1300 before tax 4 stars because once you walk out of the Lowe's outlet you are on your own.
