I had a mower blow up on me that I bought from here 4 months ago. I didn’t buy the warranty but I thought I’d at least see if this store would do anything for me. I asked if they would take it back I would buy an upgrade and customer service said they would have to ask a salaried manager. They briefly explained to the manager what was going on and he just said no and didn’t come talk to me. Too lazy to come face to face and give customer service.
