Lowes, in Federal Way, WA. In past I had great service in buying appliances. Have pursued a dishwasher which lasted 13 yrs, a refrigerator and my mistake is got a washer with glass lid. Bought a replacement. All ok prices. So I bought a replacement dish washer......wow mistake. Sales staff awesome and good customer service. The mistake is in delivery and receiving staff and Manager!
