I bought a mower from Lowery's True Value and I got a great price on it and they delivered it to my house. I have limited mobility and they installed a pole on the mower to assist me getting on and off the mower free of charge. When it came time for my first oil change (the first is free), they picked up and dropped back off my mower free of charge in a timely manner. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I recommend them.

I tend to struggle with Pulling the trigger" on purchases that will mostly benefit me (zero-turn versus walk-behind mower). Having four acres to mow the purchase was justified and the crew at Lowery's could not have been more patient and understanding. They literally worked with me for months and it was their professionalism that have me the confidence to move forward. My experience buying a new mower was second to none, Keith and the guys are helpful and accommodating.
I waited 15 minutes for some help to find the right size nut. A clerk asked a guy in the back to meet me on aisle 7. No one showed up. I'll spend my dollars somewhere else.
