Three weeks ago, I purchased a Wacker Neuson mini-excavator out of the rental fleet in Brooksville. I dealt with Keith, who I believe is the store manager. My husband bought a zero turn Gravley riding mower a few years ago . We needed to get service done and they were able to pick it up for free starting in November 2025. They serviced it and found a few warranty items to replace while at shop Got it back in less than 2 weeks and the mover looked like a new one. I was very disappointed with this business. I reserved a construction vacuum for a home project we are doing. I don't live in Brooksville so it was a bit of a drive to get there. When I arrived, they told me that the vacuum had an unusual plug that wasn't compatible with a 110v or 220v. No one made an adapter for it so it was useless for me to rent. I would have appreciated them telling me that before I drove all the way there only to be disappointed and frustrated.
Went specifically to fill a 30 lb. propane tank, but they were out of propane and had no idea when they would get any. Other than that, nice store with good quality items.
