Rented a power trowel and return it absolutely! As clean as we got it and they charged us 95.00 to clean it. They take pictures themselves, I suggest the customer take your own pictures before and after or deal with the shady business practice. Not good for business folks.
Most of the staff are very friendly but the STIHL desk not so much. Thought I would make life easier and save 45 minutes by supplying the part #s I need, but I guess they don't like that for some reason. Cool story though..
I bought a mower from Lowery's True Value and I got a great price on it and they delivered it to my house. I have limited mobility and they installed a pole on the mower to assist me getting on and off the mower free of charge. When it came time for my first oil change (the first is free), they picked up and dropped back off my mower free of charge in a timely manner. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I recommend them.
I would like to highly recommend Lowery's sales and service department. I feel Jadon in service went on and above as well as the delivery driver that picked up and dropped off my mower. Before leaving the driver brought my Amazon package to my shop from my gate due to heavy rain. Service like this is rare. Thank you very much. Its a pleasure doing business with you. Thomas Arndt
