We purchased a beautiful teak set from Lowery’s. Delivery was very quick and easy. I was impressed with how much they had in stock. The day after delivery we noticed one of the chairs had a small dent and crack in the wood. We called and they immediately said they would replace it, no questions asked and delivered a new one just two days later. We got a beautiful set that we love but were also incredibly happy with the customer service we received. We are already considering our next purchase.
Found two chairs that I wanted. Good selection and great customer service.
Awesome customer service...should've left this review last year when we purchased some deck furniture. Called back this year to order another chair and Charlotte went above and beyond (unsolicited) to help me out. Will go back a third time should we need anything else snd not look anywhere else. In addition to the great service, pricing is also very competitive (even vs online shops). Shop and support local!

Excellent service. I almost ordered some Polywood furniture online before visiting Lowery’s. Thankfully I waited as Lowery’s included complimentary assembly and delivery. It’s great that a store like this still exists.
