Thankful for Kinder Care! They are great with my baby! Being a first time mom I was super nervous to leave him once going back to work from maternity leave. Thank you for taking great care of my baby, he sure does love his Ms. Edita, Ms. Katerina, and Ms. Crystal.
I went in today for a scheduled tour and arrived early. Someone let me in, but there was no one at the front desk to greet me. After waiting for about seven minutes with no help, I decided to walk through the facility myself. What I witnessed was deeply upsetting — in the Pre-K room, a teacher was aggressively yelling at the children, who looked like they had just woken up from naps. Long, overdue review. Kindercare is like night and day compared to my sons previous daycare. Here, they take full care of my son while also creating a positive impact on his little life. Taking care of a large group of young children is tough. (I could barely manage my two kids) so i always praise those who make it their life to spend/work with children and actual love what they do. my daughter has been at this school for about 5-6 months. Every time i’ve had a concern and reached out to the teachers and or directors they’re always trying to arguing and justify their actions instead of actually fixing and properly addressing my concerns. I love how the teachers communicate with me and I feel they are taken care of. My children love their teachers and have a blast with their friends.
