Savannah was awesome! Not only was she knowledgeable and friendly but she provided me with great gardening advice for my new job. Her bedside manner was exemplary. My urinalysis was completed in quick time. Promote now!! Kindness is never wasted.
Always very professional in and out
Rude staff. Came in with everything that was required and the ladies were very unprofessional. Oh and they wait too long to check a urine specimen. Supposed to be checked within minutes but they are to busy on their phones now I have to sit here with no water to try to pee again.
I sent two employees into the Chehalis office to obtain drug testing. Both reported back to me that Sherry Castagno, the medical assistant, was outrageously rude to them. Have them attitude the entire time. Challenged the fact that we have never sent anyone in their before, mind you one of the two was sent there two years ago for the sale drug test. I work with a Third Party Administrator and have to find clinics all over the country for our clients to send potential employees to for drug testing. Sherry was very helpful in arranging this for one of our people. The process was quick and easy.
