Absolutely do not recommend this Firm. Had a consultation where the man spoke over top of me the entire time. Going on and on about why he wouldn’t buy the property I am looking at, which was never even a question I asked him. I didn’t get the necessary info from th consult so I called back a few weeks later with a very specific purpose. Review a four page easement and let me know if it is worded to allow utilities to be installed. Best decision in my life so far has been hiring the lower Columbia law group. My attorney Nick went above and beyond helping me through my very difficult car accident. I had very little info for him to work with but him and his team found the correct driver in my accident and helped with liability issues after they denied hitting me. Also a very honest and trustworthy guy about the percentage. Actually lowered it last minute right before we settled out our claim.
