Look no farther, Lowell’s is who to contact for your move. I called them after another moving company cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled move. I was in a panic and it was the holidays. A lot of companies just brushed me off. Not Lowell’s. First, they actually apologized and empathized with our situation. Lowell's was absolutely fabulous with our move. The team was very professional in both scheduling our date (which changed multiple times on my end), as well as the crew handling our furniture with care on the move day. Everyone was very friendly and communicative as well. I highly recommend Lowell's and would certainly use them again!
Utilized for our larger/heavier/bulkier items during a move. Showed up right on time, handled everything professionally and carefully, no issues during stressful moving period. Friendly and patient, while ensuring everything was moved as requested. The provided estimate was spot on with final cost right in the middle. And it was WELL worth it. They were extremely helpful in booking us rather quickly and also handling 2 separate apartments moving into 1 home (3 towns/stops total). 10/10 recommend and would use again!
Remo is a total standup guy and his staff are all wonderful, courteous, polite, etc. It was a really wonderful experience and I thank them for all their hard work
Why five stars? Because there's no option for six, or ten. High quality and high value in a field where it really matters. I chose Lowell's without looking at reviews or recommendations, to move heirloom furniture long-distance. Great experience from start to finish. All the pre-move communication was prompt and direct.
