Unprofessional and Unreliable Service The office staff, specifically Laurie, is extremely unprofessional. When I called for my return ride, she told me I was “all set,” but when I asked when the driver would arrive, she said she didn’t know because the drivers were busy at a methadone clinic. She then told me I could wait up to an hour and that she’d call when they were on the way. I was never informed beforehand that I might have to wait that long, so I ended up calling a Lyft instead. Actually got results. Can't thank them enough. It took until November to handle it but we are good and 2 days on pm bus so far! Glad we finally got through !♡
