Right away they had me at hello with a cart of FREE books. I found 3 that are types I like. Yay!
The worst, I've seen drivers go right past people standing at the bus stop waiting for the bus. The lady driving the Billerica bus was about to run over some poor girl on her way to school this morning, RIGHT OUTSIDE THE LOWELL STATION.
Absolutely terrible service, the busses are always like a frozen meat locker, it may be only 70 degrees outside but they still have the AC cranked to the max.
The worst bus service in Eastern Massachusetts. Can't even expect them to have the correct destination on their display. They also consistently allow riders to get on the bus before allowing passengers to exit the bus. Sounds trivial, I know, but when you rely on the bus it can screw up an entire day when they can't even have the correct destination on the display board. Consider walking before taking the LRTA.
