nothing much to say it’s the worst ever and i don’t recommend to people , they just have to do better because why can you not bring bags like even if it’s two bags you can’t bring it onto the bus that’s crazy so go ahead and do better

Man I hate to give a transit agency a bad review but the LRTA in Lowell is a joke. Rude bus drivers. Busses that show up 5+ minutes early...if you're lucky. Too often it's the opposite problem at 10+ minutes late. Did I mention how immensely rude many of the operators are. Absolute sham. The people running this agency should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. It stinks of poor management and poor leadership.
These urinals have been leaking URINE for almost a year and every man and boy steps in urine and takes it home, let the lrta know how you feel about stepping into urine
