My cousin has been a longtime resident. She is treated with respect and kindness. The facility is clean, staff knowledgeable and professionable. I believe my cousin feels more like she's family there rather than a patient.
If you Love your Family, don’t send them here. It was a nightmare for my mom, absolute nightmare. All they care about are the reviews this place was awful. They’re horrible people. I would never recommend anyone who has a loved one to place them here.

If there were more than 5 stars, I would gladly rate Lowell Healthcare with many more. We looked at several options for our loved one and as soon as we walked in for the tour at Lowell, we knew it was where we should be. The administration staff was so very helpful in our transition.
