Charged me $5 to get a check from my account. Day before, got a larger amount check from the groton rd westford branch and not charged extra. Why??? I like lowell five within walking distance of neighborhood but not going to this branch again. The drive thru tellers were rude to add insult to injury
I have never had the an issue with the ATM and the staff is nice enough, but some are a bit rude. While other's are fast to help and very friendly.
The deposit system routinely is out of service , please fix this system at the ATM in North chelmsford, thanks.
