3/4 of the time when I go to take money out of the ATM machine (Wilmington or Billerica) the ATM is out of service or eats my card. I have paid numerous ATM fees from using other bank ATMs over the past few months that unfortunately I do not get reimbursed. I will be calling the bank on Monday to close my account and move to Metro Credit Union, at least with metro your fees are always reimbursed no matter what bank you use. Slow The location of the ATM machine is completely ridiculous seeing as how it's the only one and you have to wait in line of cars just to get to the ATM machine
