Not surprised at the branches rating. My first account ever was at Lowell 5 over 50 years ago, so I have an allegiance. However today was disappointing. Six folks working that I could see, no other customers in the bank. When I went in to ask questions about opening an account I received a complete brush off by the person who appeared to be the manager. I was an inconvenience to her day. Went down the street and Chase who was happy to spend the time and answer my questions. This is where the new account will be opened.
