If they have an issue with delivery, they will not communicate with the customer that there is a problem. Then, they will refuse delivery without giving the customer a chance fix the issue. The Dublin manager avoided speaking to me. I called corporate, who agreed with my stance, but still no returned phone call. POOR customer service.
